The LocalUsers module simplifies local user management and monitoring, focusing exclusively on *real accounts*. Built-in system accounts are automatically excluded:
`Administrator`, `Guest`, `DefaultAccount`, `WDAGUtilityAccount`, `LocalSystem`, `LocalService`, and `NetworkService`.
