### New Features
- ✨ Better Release Notes Headers (#7)  
   Headers updated to include the version and follow Keep-A-Changelog format. Sort Order implemented to put higher importance items to the top.
- ✨ Improve Public Function Matching (#6)  
   Public Function detection now allows for private helper functions specific to that public function to be included in the same file without being exported out of the module.
- ✨ Add Release Notes Generation (#3)  
   Release notes are now generated using keep-a-changelog format and saved as markdown to BuildOutput folder as well as updating the releasenotes property of the .psd1
- ✨ Incremental Build Support (#1)  
   Added support for incremental builds where tasks that do not have updated data do not run.  
   Initial Github Actions Support also added.

   Update-ModuleManifest messed up private data per PowerShell/PowerShellGetv2#294, so we use Update-Metadata instead.
