Assists with setting the certificate for Milestone XProtect Mobile Server and restarting the service to apply the change. This module is intended to be used as a part of a script for automating certificate renewals. My personal recommendation is to use Posh-ACME for Lets Encrypt certificate generation, and then pass the cert into the Set-MobileServerCertificate cmdlet
