Function a { <# .SYNOPSIS Generates a <a> HTML tag. The <a> tag defines a hyperlink, which is used to link from one page to another. .DESCRIPTION The most important attribute of the <a> element is the href attribute, which indicates the link's destination. .PARAMETER HREF Specify where the link should point to (Destination). .PARAMETER TARGET Specify where the new page should open to. Should be one of the following values: "_self","_blank","_parent","_top" .PARAMETER Class Allows to specify one (or more) class(es) to assign the html element.
