Set of commands to assist in working with Azure RM resources.

- New-AzureRmVirtualMachine: prompts the user for Azure options then creates a virtual machine.

- Enable-RemotePowerShellOnAzureRmVm: Enables remote PS without signing on to the machine.

- Get-AzureRm*Menu: Variety of helper functions for accessing Azure option values. Standard Azure commands are wrapped with a simple menu to allow the user to choose an option, i.e., Get-AzureRmLocationMenu.

Examples:
New-AzureRmVirtualMachine -VMName MyVm -ResourceGroupName MyVirtualMachines -DomainNameLabel myvmdomain

Enable-RemotePowerShellOnAzureRmVm -VMName MyVm -ResourceGroupName MyVirtualMachines
