The Az.OperationalInsights module has all the capabilities of AzureRM.OperationalInsights and provides the following improvements:
* Az.OperationalInsights takes advantage of greater security with token cache encryption and improved authentication.
* Availability in Azure Cloud Shell and on Linux and macOS.
